5 Year Warranty


Whats Up Sign warrants its Outdoor LED Message Systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of delivery or Whats Up Sign provided installation. During this time, Whats Up Sign shall repair or replace any defective component, excluding fluorescent lamps and ballasts, at no cost to the customer. Upon notification of a defective component, Whats Up Sign will send a replacement component UPS overnight delivery to the customer. The customer shall be responsible for replacing the component and returning the defective part to Whats Up Sign.

Limited Warranty

This limited warranty will not apply if component failure was caused by accident, alterations, abuse or misused of products, or acts of God. WHATS UP SIGN MAKES NO PRE-REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THIS MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS.
