5-Year Warranty on LED Signs

We proudly offer a 5-year warranty on our outdoor LED message systems. This warranty ensures your sign is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery or installation. During this period, Whats Up Signs will repair or replace any defective components at no cost to the customer (excluding fluorescent lamps and ballasts). If a component issue arises, we will send a replacement UPS overnight to minimize downtime and keep your sign operating smoothly. Customers are responsible for returning the defective part to Whats Up Signs.

Limited Warranty Details

Our warranty does not apply in cases where damage or failure is caused by:

  • Accidents or misuse
  • Alterations or unauthorized modifications
  • Acts of God or environmental damage

Additionally, Whats Up Signs makes no other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is outlined here.
